As a tribute to our city, Ragno or Ragnola is the dialectal expression used to refer to spigole (a type of fish). This coloration is inspired by the sea bass ( Dicentrarchus labrax ) when it lives in rivers, ditches, and lagoons: the dark and golden livery is a natural camouflage that makes it less visible to prey and more protected from predators.
