Directions for use:

The Kitara Herring is a universal color that mimics the color of small fish found in virtually all fresh and saltwater streams. Retrieval can be linear (slow or fast) or irregular, depending on fish activity. It can be rigged with offset hooks or classic jigheads and used with a variety of fishing techniques, including spinning and casting.
