Namazu is named after the Japanese word for catfish, recalling the dark, contrasting livery of young siluriforms.
The livery is based on dark, natural tones, with strong contrasts designed to maintain good readability in veiled, cloudy, or low-light conditions. In the water, it creates a distinct and believable silhouette, inspired by small bottom fish without appearing artificial.
